Refunds *Only applies to purchases from idlehippy on eBay or this site.
In accordance with the Regulations pertaining to online sales, you have the right to cancel an order for physical goods for 7 working days, beginning on the day the goods are received.
Goods must be returned at the customer's expense. All returned items must be complete, unused, in 'as received' condition and should be returned with the original packaging. In the event of goods being faulty you have 28 days from date of receipt to return these.
Please note all goods are inspected prior to shipping.
